Hello Analog Universe!
In this latest release, we focused on rolling out a couple of new features and clearing up bugs.
What's new?
- Suggested Content - You're looking to do more with Analog, but you don't know where to start? We've got you covered. As you browse through your Orbit, we'll suggest different ways you can discover interesting new users as well as groups. We'll also teach you how to use exciting new features we have to help you get the most out of Analog and of course, manage your time data better.
- Create Analog - Need a faster way to note down the 5 time-sensitive tasks on your mind? We decided to merge note-taking with creating Analogs. Try out our new Create Analog flow. First, click on the Create Analog button, type, then hit enter to save to drafts. You can visit these later to turn them into Analogs.
- New Analog Push Notification - When you get notified that a user posted a new Analog, you'll be able to get a quick preview of what it's about without having to open the app.
- Change Email or Phone Number - Go to Settings, click on Account then choose Email or Phone Number. Click to update and re-verify.
- Copy and Share URL link of Profiles or Groups - Looking to share a profile with a friend that isn't on Analog yet? Go to the Profile, click on the 3 dot menu then click on Share Profile URL. You can do the same for Groups by visiting the group page, clicking on Invite then on Copy link to group.
- Web Preview of Analog - We made it possible for non-users to view Analogs on their web browsers before downloading the app.
What did we fix?
- Notification settings - We fixed bugs here so that you can customize your notification alert sounds and settings. Go to Settings > Notifications to see how.
- Profile - We fixed bugs. Check out your monthly calendar view if you haven't already by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to the date on your profile.
- Explore Page - Search for something you're interested in. We added new Sort By options for the Search result tab titled Accounts. You can choose to sort your results by mutual followers, active now, A-Z, and Z-A. We also added a recent search feature for you to easily surface what you were looking for before.
- Repeat - Need an easier way to coordinate your weekly meetings? Use our repeat feature to save you time reposting. We fixed bugs here.
- Explore Page - We updated the UI so that you won't only be discovering new content as you scroll, but you'll also be able to interact with it too.
- Profile Photo - We removed the face auto-zoom feature. Upload a new profile picture to check it out.
